1. What is your order processing time?
We process all orders within 1-3 business days after they are placed.

Delivery typically takes 5-9 business days, depending on your location. This means the total delivery time (processing + transit) is 6-12 business days.

Yes! We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States. No additional fees, no minimum purchase—just free delivery, every time.

4. What is your order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (PST) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

5. Where do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
